TB 'Imperial Retaliation' rewards missed

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug After territory battles I disbanded my guild. Some members of the guild had not claimed their rewards yet and they have not shown up in the inbox. Several responses have told them to have the guild leader file a claim.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put a guild together. Play a weeks worth of territory battles. Disband the guild after territory battles end.

After territory battles I disbanded my guild. Some members of the guild had not claimed their rewards yet and they have not shown up in the inbox. Several responses have told them to have the guild leader file a claim.

I have attached a picture of what the rewards should be.

The other issue is that the members of the guild are being offered different amounts of crystals in their response from you. 200, 300 and 1000 crystals have been offered. Which in now way amounts to what the rewards package would be worth.

Here are some case numbers for reference (this is not a complete list of case numbers, only those that have shared with me):

I understand that it may be difficult to push the exact rewards out to each of these people, but the crystal compensation should be much more than, 200, 300 or even 1000 crystals. Based on the crystal cost in game of the gear, the overall crystal package should be 10,050. That's what it would cost in game for each person to purchase the gear.

    Hi there,

    This doesn't appear to be a bug. If you disband a guild / remove a guild member / guild member leaves before claiming the rewards for the Territory Battles, they will not be able to claim them afterwards. 

    To avoid any similar situations in the future, please wait until all guild members have confirmed to have received their rewards, then disband the guild.

    This is clearly a bug. Rewards are supposed to be delivered the inbox of the individual player at the completion of the event. The fact that some received the rewards and others did not is a failure of the system.

    This is clearly a bug. The event ended. The rewards were distributed. But, a change in guild removed the rewards. Please fix this issue as there is no warning or indication that this is the intended consequence of a removal of guild change. The window to change guilds is small after TB so it presumably occurres often.

    There needs to be a solution to this bug. I’ve had this exact issue three months after this customer encountered it. The short window between TB and TW guarantees this will happen again and again.

    No one is arguing that a booted person should receive rewards from a guild if they are removed during the event. BUT, that player SHOULD receive them if they leave or are removed after rewards are distributed.

    No other inbox item behaves in this manner and it’s obvioulsy a bug. Customer representatives continue to insist it’s not a bug when it is. Furthermore, an assertion that modification of our gameplay is the solution (don’t leave guild or get removed before going through inbox) to this issue is such a poor response. 

    Finally, the remedy for issues related to this bug as currently encountered should be awarding the player with the items they should of gotten from the TB. Not only can it be done, it already has been done when no TB was scheduled during a major update.
