There needs to be a solution to this bug. I’ve had this exact issue three months after this customer encountered it. The short window between TB and TW guarantees this will happen again and again.
No one is arguing that a booted person should receive rewards from a guild if they are removed during the event. BUT, that player SHOULD receive them if they leave or are removed after rewards are distributed.
No other inbox item behaves in this manner and it’s obvioulsy a bug. Customer representatives continue to insist it’s not a bug when it is. Furthermore, an assertion that modification of our gameplay is the solution (don’t leave guild or get removed before going through inbox) to this issue is such a poor response.
Finally, the remedy for issues related to this bug as currently encountered should be awarding the player with the items they should of gotten from the TB. Not only can it be done, it already has been done when no TB was scheduled during a major update.
