TB Rewards disappeared after forced restart

I logged in after TB, claimed my rewards from my inbox, went to the characters screen and tried to craft gear. When I clicked craft, I got an error message saying that there was an issue crafting the gear and that the game needed to restart. After the restart, all of my TB rewards were gone, including the crystals etc. Everything disappeared.
