I had this issue last TW, but not this one that just started. I was given the runaround from several Customer Service reps over those two days - with incompetence levels the likes of which I've never seen for the game before, it was far better even just a few months ago when I used it last.
The chain of emails, with various ridiculous suggestions, went something like this:
Then finally they wrote: Your concern is our priority and as soon as the issue will be fixed you will receive the expected award.
But then the next day: You are not eligible for any reward. We are unable to give you any reward for your claim.
After a long complaint, explaining how that reply was unacceptable, I got yet another service rep - who incidentally seemed like someone that could have been associated with the dev team - as opposed to Outsourcers who don't know the game that EA pays to waste our time. Alas, she was another of the same, and passed me to someone who has been Copy/Pasting the same reply every time I write them now...
I do understand the issue as this is the known issue and the games team is working on it.
I request you to wait till the issue is resolved. After the resolution you will come to know what are the things you will get as right now i cannot promise you the rewards for the same.
I'm holding my breath, really.

Just a quick note to say I’m having this issue as well. So is another member of my guild.
Also - to help narrow down the issue. I play on an IPad and a Galaxy S8 on the same account.

Dito. Definitely joined the TW and then it has vanished. Majority of my guild is currently playing this TW and I can’t even see it despite reading the in-game chat from members that had more luck. It’s now the 2nd time in sequence that this has happened to me and other guild members. Affected players are using iOS and Android... so clearly a bug in TW code. I hope you (EA) give this major / severe bug absolute priority over further DLCs. We need this bug fixed NOW before getting Jabba the Hut or Underpants Outfit Han or Hair Notwashed Chewie. Furthermore it would be nice getting lost rewards... for me this means at least 5 Zetas and if currently running TW is won 6 Zetas... hope this number won‘t increase over the next few weeks!

I signed during last 2 Territory Wars and experienced this bug too,
though I signed during prephase.
Of course I got no Rewards, i.e. 4 Zetas
and other neat stuff that one may need.

Hi all, we are still investigating this potential issue. We haven't been able to reproduce it internally yet so any details which might help reproduce this issue are appreciated.

If anyone is dropped, can then bring the info here.
I also recommend "policing" your membership the entire 24 hours. The only members in my guild that have ever had this happened were showing as not in the TW for at least the last 12 hours, they just "thought" they had signed up.
Nobody in my guild has definitely been in the signed up roster and then removed upon switching to preview phase (although granted, one guild for 3-4 TWs is a small sample size, so I'm not saying it's not happening - just that I haven't observed it in my guild).

I was able to get into this TW, but the button was still greyed out. It was the previous TW that I was excluded from, please keep that in mind when investigating so you dont jump to conclusions.
