Territory Wars: defensive banners bug -- only 10 awarded, not 20

Summarize your bug My guild was only awarded 10 banners when one of our members placed a defensive team, instead of the 20 that were supposed to be awarded. As a consequence, we will be 10 banners short on defense and it could very easily cost us the Territory War.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a defensive squad in a territory? We did not observe any thing strange until the score showed up.

My guild was only awarded 10 banners when one of our members placed a defensive team, instead of the 20 that were supposed to be awarded. As a consequence, we will be 10 banners short on defense and it could very easily cost us the Territory War.

Here are pictures of the bug. It is clear that we were not awarded the proper number of points (banners). As you can see, we are in the defensive setup phase, and all team placements are supposed to result in 20 banners, not 10. See Jon Snow's score below, the total score for the guild, and the note about Jon Snow being awarded 10 banners in the middle territory.

UPDATE 1/26

The issue of incorrect scores should be fixed if, as stated, the Guild leader has logged in after the update, but before the attack phase. Upon review, there was a 14 hour window for the Guild leader to log in and reset the guild. While we cannot always anticipate bugs as they manifest, If this was not enough time for some players to correct the issue, we apologize. If the issue persists due to an inactive Guild leader there is unfortunately nothing further we can do to correct player stats.

UPDATE 1/25

Morning- the second half of our Server fix has been pushed which should've addressed the 10 banner issue being earned in Guild. Please note that the Guild leader HAS to log in on order to reset the Guild and those who deployed prior.

It's happening to us as well and could very well cost us a win. We are missing 610 banners from deployment. The fix seemed to work for the opposing team, they had all there banners when the offense phase started .

Kozi, We have a very active guild leader, but I can't be sure she logged in during the 14 hour window. But, that's not really much of a window for your average working stiff during the middle of the week. There needs to be a better way to fix these issues.

This is also still affecting our guild. Our guild leader has been on multiple times since the fix was deployed, but our defensive scores are still wrong (290 for our top defensive score, 150 for another, etc.).
We're currently winning, but started with a 430 banner deficit that shouldn't have existed.

Our Guild Leader did log in and our stats did not update and we lost the TW by 10 points and missed out on a zeta. Score was 8,380 to 8390. It couldn't have updated because I gained a total of 210 points for setting defense so that would mean I set 10.5 squads. There are at least 6 of us in our guild who this happened to. (6 had defensive scores not evenly divisible by 20). So conservatively we missed out on 60 points, I don't know if the other guild was short that amount or more, but I highly doubt it match up perfectly and I have no way of knowing. From the info I have it seems we should have won are we able to at the very least the zeta we lost out on? I have attached screen shots showing guild names and defensive scores.

Our guild leader did log in, but our banners did not change. We ended up winning, but it could have cost us the battle. I did not take a picture of everyone affected. Just the one to show we still were.
