Four days is kind of expecting a lot (especially as two of those days were a weekend).

In any case, I wouldn't hold your breath. The account cheated, end of story. It doesn't matter if it was you or your father's uncle's cousin's nephew's former roommate (which you can't prove anyway). You cheated, you got caught, you got banned.

2.5 million is not a ton and you were still in carbonite. If you want to start a new account without cheating, you can.

Real quick, I spaced that SWGOH has its own appeal process. The advice I shared before wouldn't apply so I've edited my other posts to remove it. Sorry about the mix-up.

Essentially, to appeal a ban in SWGOH, you should fill out this form: https://forms.gle/BdaiA13JqiaZGDPbA and it calls this out about hearing back:

Appealing your ban does not mean you will be unbanned. You will not be informed on any decision we make. Bans issued under the previous cheater investigation system will not be investigated.

Thank you Lanna for the warning about buying accounts. But I'm already tired of writing a request for an unban for the fourth time. Regarding purchasing high-Galactic Power accounts: if they don't unban my account, I'll have no choice, unfortunately. Building an account from scratch is very difficult, very expensive, and, most importantly, time-consuming. My advice to you: you need to think through your ban system. The first time, they usually give a temporary ban, but the second time, you can safely slap a permanent one on. But for you, they immediately slap a permanent ban and say goodbye. It's a bit harsh.

You can threaten CG as much as you like.  However, they have balls of iron.  They don't back down from legitimate requests, let alone unban threats.  

Anyway, I had a look at your account.  To me, I see blatant cheating.  The issue is that any account that has been tampered with, interacts with everybody else through PvP.  This absolutely cannot be allowed.  In short any cheating and the account is dead.  The game would literally fall apart (well it is falling apart, but fall apart in another way) if cheating accounts were allowed back.

In short; I believe there's no way you get your account back, there's blatant cheating and that cannot be redeemed/rectified.

First of all, I didn't make any threats. If there were any cheats, they were only for leveling up; my brother didn't play PVP. There won't be any insults or threats whatsoever. Read what I wrote carefully.As for everything else, the impossible is possible :)

So are you saying it was you that in cheated in PVP then, not your brother?
