The Episode Pass has not arrived on my account after purchase.
Good evening.
I'm having trouble purchasing the Episode Pass (Era of the New Republic).
The purchase was successful. The money was debited from my card, but the pass still hasn't appeared in my account.
When I restart the game and try to make the purchase again, the system says the purchase is registered in my account and suggests contacting technical support if it isn't.

Please assist me and send the item to my in-game account.
