the game crashes on start up

Had a guild mate say this earlier I got on then. Just got home it auto updated and now crashes on start

It’s a problem linked to the in-game audio. If you leave the game music and audio on, the game will work, but as soon as you turn the sound effects and music off, you have to delete the game and reinstall to get back into it. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Same. I’m running iOS 17.7 and the game crashes. I’ve reinstalled three times with the same result. It works fine for an hour and then starts crashing again.

Same here. I have Android and after update keeps crashing after load up.  Has there been any announcements from ea regarding this?

Same here, I updated, erased, downloaded, closed sounds, opened sounds but never changed… Still I cant logging in. IOS 18 Iphone 14 pro max

For anyone having this issue, here is a workaround:

Delete the game, then reinstall it. before starting the game, Make sure you don’t have any other audio (music/audiobook/etc…) playing at the same time on your device when you start the game. The game will only load if it is the sole producer of audio on your device AND if you don’t change the in-game audio settings.

If I try loading the game while having a radio station playing on my phone, it makes a weird static sound and shuts the game down. If you load the game and then turn off the in game music and sound effects, it breaks the game and you have to delete it and reinstall. 

Can we get an answer, please? This is crazy. All of us are sad!
