the game crashes on start up

Same here, it started happening after I updated the game…

Same problem here. The game is crashing on the load screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game and it gets it to load ONCE ONLY after reinstall, then on subsequent loading of the game it crashes again. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Running IOS 17.7 on my iPad same issue.  So its an EA thing not Apple

Reinstalling worked until I closed it. The next time I tried to open it the crashing problem came back. 

Deleting and reinstalling did work, game was slow as ever for a while!

I posted this in the thread Dashtan shared, but in case it helps anyone here this is what I found as a workaround to my crashes:

Uninstall/reinstall will clear problems for me, but it seems there is a bug relating to sound because once I turn in-game music and sound effects completely off, the game won’t load anymore.  Gets to spinning wheel after “loading cantina” splash screen then disappears.  If I leave sound on after a reinstall and only adjust to lowest volume setting instead of turning off, it works.

Also same. Reinstalled last night, was fine an hour ago. Now crashing any time I try to start it. 

Reinstalling also solved my issue.
