So I had a GAC round where me and my opponent scored the EXACT same points. He got a win, I checked, but I got a loss, so that's cool. I messaged the help bot and received ABSOLOUTELY NO RESPONSE!!! ...

    In the event of a tie the player with the higher GP is given the win

If you guys had the exact same points, then the win goes to the player with the higher GP. Game is still broken for me though. Years of time, and hundreds of dollars currently down the drain.
