The problem with the gift

I bought 2 gifts for my guildmate. One of them arrived, but the other didn't. It's been over 24 hours, and the second gift still hasn't arrived. My alliance code is 117-147-737. My guildmate's alliance code is 548-272-486. The "Restore Purchases" button didn't work. I've attached a payment screenshot.
