Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with a missing purchase in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.

The payment was successfully charged through the EA web store, but I did not receive the content in-game.

I have been stuck in a support loop for several days. The in-game chat does not respond, and creating a new case redirects me back to the same inactive chat.

I am unable to get assistance through normal support channels.

Could someone please escalate this issue or direct me to a working support path?
