The web store in the star wars galaxy of heroes game is not working

@8cnwwutoiy4n did you link your account properly ingame as it says? if you go to settings -> connections ... what does the ea connect button say?

@Barbarossa5 Yes, the account is linked, and I went into the store, and the problem started about a week ago

      I log in with a Google account, and yes I changed my password yesterday. But there is clearly some kind of account problem, since logging into the store does not require a password, you just enter your email and verification code, which immediately comes to the mail and I get a code verification error

        @8cnwwutoiy4n i want you to login with the email you use in the webstore. without using the google button. And reset your password there
