This account is banned from playing due to repeat offenses.

@iisaturtlee Hi sorry to hear you're having issues with your account. There are usually two options at this point:
1. Go to the main forums and send a DM to CG_LucifersDaddy explaining the situation and why you believe your account was incorrectly banned.

2. Open up a customer service ticket (which you may have already done) and try to get a phone call or live chat with a representative.

@iisaturtlee This isn't a bug. Submit a cust serv request and they will call you to resolve

I did #2 on a different topic and they are very helpful. They call you back too so you don't have to wait on hold for hours before you talk to someone. Submit a request and go on with your day and they will call you. The one hitch is that it will come from a number you won't know so you will have to risk answering that and it being some robocall. :/

@iisaturtlee Actually, I believe it's CG_Leviathan that deals with cheating and bans now. It'd be best to message them.

It was indeed CG_LucifersDaddy, and got it resolved and my account. Thanks all for the help 🙂
