I tried to link my account to web store in September, I successfully connected my email to ea connect in-game, but after entering the verification code on web store page I got an error that stated "This account is not authorized to access the webstore." Since then the web store has been showing this error. I'm curious if this is a known issue because I have been unable to find any information about it anywhere on EA support or online. I have attached an image of the error. Any help would be appreciated.
