    We have checked the logs available to us and have not found any reason for your freeze during Tier 3 of the SEE event. Please make sure to follow our troubleshooting guide to try and make sure this doesn't happen again. Hope this helps!

    Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you the used Dark Side tickets, sorry.
