Cannot load the game: Error Code 3.0

About 10 minutes ago at 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time, the game told me that the client needs to be restarted. Then it gave me Error Code 3.0. And it gives me that every time I try to get back into the game. I can't load the game now at all. 

It's not my internet. (I'm posting this right now on the same wifi that my phone uses.) 

Did an update break something? How can I get back in the game?
