Time zone change

I've installed the game in Brazil and I've moved to Portugal. I need to change the game time zone because it's horrible to have a energy reset midnight. I've spent an hour in the support chat explaining to the lady what I want to do but she didn't understand and ended the chat with this message:

"We’ve done everything we could in this case. I am going to end this chat session, so that we can assist other customers as well, I would request you to contact us back, so that we can help you further. Thank you for contacting EA help. If you need any further assistance feel free to contact us or you may also check our website: www.Help.ea.com"

It's not that hard to understand, I've already read that other people wanted it too and I want to know if it's already possible to change the time zone.

Hello today i have spent almost seven hours trying to sort out my time zone issue

Joburg reset my game time to GMT as requested i thought great same as my main account .... OH NO my Galactic War has bugged faced me against a Level 75 time full seven stars i am 12 levels lower than this and no where near seven stars nvm it will reset soon i thought checked reset time for GW guess what it is still on the old time of GMT  +7 OMG 

Contacted support twice who said we cant change your time zone thanks bye in a nutshell!!!

This makes me angry i am a paying customer, it was broken by your guy changing it and now i have 2 resets in my account and your not going to compensate me for this utter **** up.

This is disgraceful from a company this size to treat people like this.

Fix my game to same time or give me Jedi Revan for the inconvenience and wasting seven hours of my life talking to robots !!!!

there was a problem in my life when I had to move from my city ... in connection with this, I turned to technical support with a request to change the time zone ... and now there is already a week of controversy. Initially, I was told that it was impossible to do this, then it turned out that it was possible, but for -4 or +4 hours ... further, I got an employee, Mikhail, who allegedly tried to change the time zone, but because of the program, it is impossible to do this, the program does it does not allow ... I clarified the specific reasons, is this a technical problem? is it a failure problems with my account? I was told that more information like “the program does not allow this to be done” was not given to me. I asked to change my consultant. As a result, he began to send me template messages, without answering my requests. I want to know where I can send a complaint to this consultant. I want to know the reasons why it was not possible to change the time zone. Since, my present time is not convenient for me and I was shown in full how to treat EA to players

Hi I’ve moved from Thailand to California and would like to get my country and time zone changed from GMT +7 to PST.  It’s now causing an issue with my payout on Arena as payout happens while I’m sleeping.  Appreciate if EA can help with this.  Thanks in advance.

Hello I moved form Colombia to Vancouver, Canada and I asked you guys ( case number 44304845) to help me change the time zone and you told me you can’t because it is not a 4 hours difference between the 2 countries please help me to change it my payout and prizes are happening while I am in my work and can not keep playing if you can move it for the Vancouver time zone at least move it to other one even if it is 4 hours more than the one I have  it would be better
