Tired of Bastila Fallen shards not dropping for a few weeks now.

I don't do node refreshes. I prefer to use my crystals on journey guide packs when I can afford them.

It’s just CG being CG. Every single so called double drop days are the absolute worst if your farming toon shards. I did 4 refresh’s farming for Palpatine’s shuttle on 5/4 and got absolutely nothing. That’s 250 crystals straight down the toilet. And you can’t tell me it’s just bad RNG when a new toon such as Piett becomes farmable on the same node as another older toon because the odds are about 10 to 1 that Piett doesn’t drop but once or not at all in 10 sims.  I could go on and on about how awful it is to make any progress in SWGOH but I know nothing will ever change. 

@Exploeri I would bet money that you're Bastila Fallen is already at 7 stars and you no longer need to farm her.

I wouldn't be complaining about the noticeable change in drop rate for people trying to farm if it wasn't a thing. Every single player trying to farm anything notices a change.

Typical AHQ_Official trying to blow this off as a nonissue. You can really tell what they think of the playerbase when they do this.

Players have tracked the drop rates over time and the claims you are making are not true. You can try removing your tinfoil hat and take a statistics class.

Sometimes, yes, you have bad luck. But you were also focusing on these particular shards. Did you pay as much attention to the double drops that you DID get but maybe didn't care much about? Refreshes would increase your sample and thus increase your odds of a drop. If you do the refreshes consistently, it is a much more economical way to farm than buying the 5-330 packs, which will most often award a low number of shards costing you more crystals than even shipments would. Sometimes you will get runs of 0, but other times you will get good drops as well. In the long run, you will end up paying fewer crystals.

Then you're agreeing that the drop rate is * because of statistics. Getting a single drop in a week is not acceptable odds! Going weeks without a drop is not acceptable odds. Refreshes or not, if it takes me 40+ tries to get a single drop then your statistics can go shove it. Statistically the more often you farm the more likely you are to get a drop. Same goes for the probability of not getting something for so many runs in a row, the odds keep increasing. At some point you are supposed to eventually get something. After going for weeks and getting next to nothing I've had it. The casino has better odds.

Getting double drops on a farm that has been consistent this whole time wouldn't matter because I already expect to get drops from those farms. In fact I like the pace of those farms because they're predictable and fair!

It sounds to me like you don't know what a journey guide pack is. They are not 5-330 packs. Maybe you should actually read what I wrote instead of making assumptions.
