Transaction pending, Error 9.0

Hey @Blas1265 @Lavanion If you haven't already can you try going through the additional steps listed below:

• Troubleshooting games on Android  
• Troubleshooting games on iPad and iphone 

If you keep having this issue could you share the following?

• Device your using
• Last transaction that worked / Or last one you remember before this happened
• Screenshot or clip of the error happening

I perform all of the troubleshooting instructions, I do use the game on an iPhone 13; also installed on a¡ new iPad but the problem remains the same, attached please find screen shots. Extremely appreciate if you can give us guidance of how to resolve the error. THanks

It started right after Conquest began.

I have the same issue. I am unable to purchase and I keep getting restart since Conquest. Tried reinstalling and it doesn’t work either. 

The troubleshooting you suggested didn't solve my problem.

I'm using "iPhone Xs Max" and iOS version is "15.3.1".

When I first encountered this issue, I remember shopping for "Conquest Pass+" in small, medium, and large order, and getting an "Error Code: 9.0" when I bought the large.

Therefore, the receipt emails sent by Apple arrive as two order numbers, one for small and medium, and one for large only.

@Lavanion now that you mention, i did bought the conquest pass and after that the error appear first time...

@justin-marks92 did you ever got this fixed? I am experiencing a problem exactly the same as yours.

Yes but it consistently didn’t work until it actually did it that makes sense.

I made an account for my mrs on her phone, then transferred each account to each phone then back again.

like I said though I did that a lot of times before it actually worked. Think I got to 37 attempts.

EA honestly don’t provide help. They initially told me to start a new account or buy a new phone.
