Tripple paid Scorch Bundle II and III update??

As the title reads a bunch of us, see previous posts and topics have been charged 3 times the amount of the Scorch Bundles and we are requesting to get our funds back for what is "illegally" withdrawn from our accounts.

So far EA support acknowledges there is an issue, but closes the ticket after stating it is under review. Getting your money back by use of your bank might result you in being banned for future purchases and so far not a single message from CG on this topic.

Do we need to fear future purchases to also be triple charged? How can we finally get our money back without being treated as a scammer, by banning us. 

This should have an extreme high priority on CG's list to pick-up. 

Can we please have an update on the status of getting our money back.

  • I agree. I think I am banned by EA help since I can't access EA Help chat no more. It's unfair. We are not scammers. We lost our money and we want it back. Its only natural.
