Trouble Linking my Account: Date Of Birth Mismatch

Hi there, 

I've been having this issue for months now. I attempted to link my game account with my EA account, whereas it tells me that the date of birth of both accounts don't match. As you now, I'm able to update my EA account, however, without knowing the game account date of birth, the issue would still be present.

I contacted a few persons within the EA contact team regarding the issue, and I was told that they were unable to access my mobile game data. Is there any way that I can receive assistance within this forum on how I can either:
1) Update my game's Date of Birth
2) Access my game's Date of Birth
3) Manage some way to link my game with my EA account
