Glitched out Contraband Cargo Resource Event

I have had all tiers of the Contraband Cargo Resource Event beat at 3-stars for quite a while, and today when I went to sim them like usual, starting with the hardest tier first, the game glitched out giving me a popup that said I did not have enough sim tickets or campaign energy to complete the event, even though I have 71K sim tickets.

I tried several times to sim that tier, but it kept giving me the same popup; so I rebooted the game, and when I went back to sim that event, the game was showing that I had completed all tiers of that event, even though I had only tried to sim the last tier, and it did not give me any resources whatsoever on top of that.
