Trying to buy 4lom 30$ bundle from webstore, get error

Just purchased 4Lom bundle from webstore and received the dreaded "in process" screen.  Ive received this screen in the past when attempting to buy crystal packs.  The purchase shows on Paypal but eventually times out.  I do not get charged but also never receive the item.  Please advise.
