Trying to buy BB LSB gives me error.

Hi, I bought two sets of speed of light (defective batch, rogue one-1). Instead of sets, I was awarded crystals. Please correct the error and add the paid sets. 
My ally's code is 812-996-549. The order number of the defective batch set is 1006456106992. Rogue One's order number is 100645906992.

Yes, no bundle in the store and it's probably gone from the store already. With the persistent error when it comes back I will not be able to buy it again? That is a very stupid situation that i wanted to BUY something and nobody could help me :(

based on the issues many players faced and the fact that we could not purchase bundles due to errors on the system side, which were not resolved in a timely manner, I would like to ask a few questions:

- Will there be another opportunity to purchase these bundles soon - as a make up for the issues?

- Not being able to buy the bundles places players at a disadvantage through no fault of their own. Will there be any compensation for this?

- Are there any updates on these issues? 

I would have asked in the discussion i opened last week, but it was closed.

Hello. I don't have any details on these LSBs being released again or if there's going to be any compensation. We'll have to wait and see if anything is announced.

I'm reaching out because it seems that nothing has changed regarding the failed payment for the Lightspeed Bundle: Bad Batch a few months ago. I only found out through the forums that the LSB: BB is back! However, the package is still not visible for me in the shop, and I haven’t been able to find a solution.

It's been around three months now, and there doesn’t seem to have been any update or resolution. Could someone please look into this, or let me know if there’s any way I can access the package again?

I’d really appreciate any help or information you can provide. My ally code is 327592988.
