Trying to purchase General Skywalker Lightspeed bundle

I'm trying to purchase General Skywalker Lightspeed bundle.  When it shows up in the shop, it tells me it's there is a purchase of it always waiting, and asks me if I want to wait or cancel.  If I cancel, then try to buy, it says I've purchased too many already.  If I say wait, nothing happens.  I've closed and re-launched the game, and then I don't see it at all.  I also don't see it on the web store to try to purchase.
