Yo,
I’ve not played since 2020, I re-downloaded the game to see that it’s started anew, I cannot for the life of me remember my account name or old ally code. But I have every single in app transaction receipt from the Apple Store.
I contacted ea help and both chats not been helpful in slightest 😢
Can anyone point me in the right direction to recovering my account!

Echoing DarthWares, if you linked the account to another platform in the past, trying to log in through it would likely be your best bet.
Otherwise, if you had a Guest account, the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes support team would need to know your Player ID, Ally Code, or Proof of Purchase to assist with account recovery and actually locate the account.

Try linking through sometime that hasnt changed: Facebook or you said iOS maybe appleid/gamecenter?
