TW rewards not showing up

I am having an issue where my guild TW rewards aren't showing up in my inbox. I definitely was very active on defense and offense, so it's not that. And it's been a while since it ended, with my guild even starting the join process on our next TW and the rewards still haven't shown up. Anyone have a fix for thus?

I'm on android, and I have tried clearing the game cache, closing/reopening the game, and logging out/logging back in. Nothing has worked. My game is also up to date.
