UI issue in upper left corner when using arrows to switch between units

When using the arrows to move between units there is a glitch in the upper left of the UI. I'm not entirely sure, but it seems like the glitch is display the previous character page's bottom ability icon. If the ability is maxed the icon is gray, if the ability is not max it displays the image. But I'm not at all sure what the image relates to when switching between fleet ships.

This happens anywhere you can switch between units with arrows: Characters, squads, ships, fleets, journey guide. If there are other places units can switch using arrows it might be happening there, too. 

I didn't see this happening with datacrons, though there is a brief lag when loading a maxed out datacron. For instance when I use the arrow to navigate to a maxed datacron it starts by showing me the top-most upgrades, then corrects and scrolls me to the final upgrades.
