Update;

So after doing a lot of research and troubleshooting I have figure out that I somehow unlinked my account from my EA account and over rode/re-routed it to my alt account. It seems that the main account is now not linked to anything.

In this case I have heard that account can possibly be relinked to a new EA account from the back end.

I have proof of transactions and purchases on the SWGOH account through apple receipts, emails via webstore/Ea connect.

Does anyone know who can help me rectify this matter? The in game support has been less than helpful. Thank you!
