Unable to change name of account or link
So my son has an account on which he's been playing SWGOH and enjoying the game more and more, about to get his Phoenix up to unlock both Thrawn and Palpatine.
But he would like to be able to play it on his Android tablet as well, so I figured I would set up a Google account and link his SWGOH account to that to enable crossplay.
Unfortunately his account does not have the "Connect" button in the Settings menu which makes this impossible, which is a shame.
He is also unable to change the name of his account from "Mol Eliza", which is also a shame as he wants to become more invested in the game.
I'm unable to understand what is prohibiting both of these to be available. Is it an account setting that can be changed or something?
He is logged in via Game Center, and he has his down an Apple Id that is linked to a Family account.

- @Cardano85 Underage accounts do not have access to chat, connect or name changing by design. If your child is 14 (I think) or over you can age-up the account following the steps on the listed when you press the Spoiler button under the Changes heading in this post: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/221219/content-update-12-18-2019#latest
