@Cardano85 Underage accounts do not have access to chat, connect or name changing by design. If your child is 14 (I think) or over you can age-up the account following the steps on the listed when you press the Spoiler button under the Changes heading in this post: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/221219/content-update-12-18-2019#latest

Hi @Cardano85,

@ChristophIV is correct, typically when this issue occurs it's due to age restrictions limiting the account from connecting online (read for more on that). Once the date of birth on his SWGOH gaming account and EA account naturally reaches 18, he'll get the option to use the Connect button.
