Unable to claim reward from cx event
Similar to others, I can collect the reward for getting 245 shards, but was able to claim rewards after. It's preventing me from getting Omni as a result Ally code 441-134-558

This issue only affects p(l)ayers that have more shards of CX-2 than Appo. At least 3 tiers of the character quest for CX-2 (245, 295 and 325) have been linked to the number of Appo shards instead of CX-2 shards.
People that already have Appo at 7 stars won't have this issue.
CG has not acknowledged this yet as far as I know, probably because it only affects non-whales that have managed to obtain more CX-2 shards than Appo ones.
Looks like your right, I just got appo shards drop from knightfall that pushes me over 245 and was able to claim this reward. So my issue is now fixed
