unable to connect swgoh!!! When will you fix this?

After the update, I can't get into the game; I'm getting an "unable to connect" error. I haven't been able to log in for two days now. A VPN doesn't help, reinstalling didn't work, I cleared the cache and cleaned everything in the Windows registry, I reinstalled the game twice, and I toggled my antivirus and other settings on and off—nothing has worked. When will you fix this?
