Unable to connect to EA servers

I have had this glitch for the last couple days where no matter what I do I cannot connect to the EA servers when using the PC client of the game. I have tried repairing it and uninstalling/reinstalling both the game and EA app nothing seems to fix it.

Any ideas on other possible solutions I can try.
