Thanks for trying. For option 2, follow these steps:
- Open Google Play
- Hit the Games icon at the bottom left of your screen
- Scroll down to where you see SWGOH under Continue playin
- Tap on the game, don't hit play
- Tap on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right
- Uncheck the box next to "Enable auto update"
Perform the first steps again for clearing cache and data. Then try launching the game again.
Unfortunately, this solution has also not worked.

Thanks again. As far as trying another network goes, I just want to make absolutely sure you were not on your normal data or wireless or data connection.
Also, does the region on your account match the region you are physically located in?
