Unable to log in - Error code 3.0
Clearly happening with a lot of people. I am on IOS and can’t get in. Usual trick of delete the game and reinstall (annoying as it is) but no change. Missing out on my bonus energy and can’t get on to do my GAC!

Same problem...
Exactly the same with me, 3.0 to begin with, now a 16.0. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck, deep clean of the cache and nothing!
Yeah it think it's something on their side. On pc i just get stuck on a black screen and on mobile i get error 16.0.
Same error code for me. Multiple restarts with no change. Tapping on the "Contact Us" button also leads to a "404 website not found" site... helpful.

As other users are reporting, I’ve been unable to login to the game and currently getting an error code 16. Restart does not work.
As this has been ongoing for a number of hours, users are now missing currency refreshes and potentially missing guild currency or raid contributions
I have the same error 16 please help i have sm account for ten years!!!!
same for me, on IOS device it is error code 3 or 16, on PC app it's just black window, no any messages or game loading progress
