Unable to Log onto SWGOH Store

My SWGOH account is linked to this EA account and I am unable to log into the store.

When logging in, I get the verification code, but when I enter it, it brings me back to the login page asking me to retry.  I have retried at least 15-20 times.

I put in a ticket in game about 4 days ago that has gone nowhere.

I have tried unlinking this account to the SWGOH account to try and link it again, and it will not let me log in.  I have tried through the game, on my phone internet app, and on both Microsoft Edge and Google chrome to no avail.  I am unable to claim any Kessel run rewards, or even look at the webstore.  I am able to log into EA just fine with verification codes, and only run into this issue when trying to log onto the SWGOH store page.
