Unable to login to SWGOH Webstore

1. My SWGOH Account is linked to my EA Account. Same Email.

2. Every time I attempt to login to the webstore, I am prompted to select an EA account, my ONLY EA account, to further proceed into the webstore.

3. I am then reverted back to the Login screen after selecting my EA account.

I have had this same issue, for YEARS with 0 help from anyone claiming to be aiding the "Community" here.

I am asking for help once again. Please do better this time around, this has been a horrendous experience.

    I finally figured out what is going on with this issue. I haven't been able to login to the webstore since they updated, but I finally have it working (sort-of).

    So in the past, you linked your ea.com account to the game and you used the ea.com email and password to login. With the webstore update, they tied it to your Apple ID email. If the Apple ID and the ea.com email are different, they created a new account for you with Apple ID email. SOOoo, if you use your apple id email at the webstore login page, you will get logged in properly.

    The only problem is what they did breaks the link to your old ea.com account. Which may or may not be an issue going forward. It means you have a new profile and EAID. Anyway, Give it a try! Worked for me.  If you have Android it may be a similar fix.  Use the email tied to your google account.
