Unable to purchase in webstore

Having this same issue, trying to purchase some crystals but keep getting the R2 "Oops! Something went wrong. Please come back later.

Same issue for the last few months

I am facing the same problem, since LSB release, R2 LSB is bugged. It crashes before I can add my credit card info.
Other products in web store seem to work.

same for JML already left a msg on forum but seems hopeless

Same. Still can’t fix this. It happens every light speed. 

Still broken... come on EA let me give you my money
