Unable to purchase Sith Eternal II Lightspeed Bundle after purchase error

Hello there,

I was able to purchase the Sith Eternal I Lightspeed bundle on iOS on the morning of 12/22/2024. Moments later, I attempted to purchase the Sith Eternal II Lightspeed bundle. I checked my credit card. I was NOT changed for the Sith Eternal II Lightspeed bundle, which is good. However, the game thinks I have purchased it. The LSB is not showing up in my store on my iPad, the PC client or the webstore. Is there any way to fix this? I'm assuming each LSB has a purchase limit of 1 on it, instead of the game checking to see if I own the characters (I do not). I see (heh) that the game allows for gifting Sith Eternal II LSBs through the store. However, I don't want to ask a guild mate to spend $25 and it not work. Would gifting the pack would give me the characters even if the game thinks I already purchased the bundle?

  • It appears gifting a Sith Eternal II Lightspeed bundle is not an option for my guild mates. The gift menu says my account is ineligible for gifting. If you check my account, I don't have Sith Marauder, Count Dooku, Darth Maul or Darth Sidious at relic 7. Again, probably a purchase count of 1 was assigned to my account for that pack. Is there anyway to reset this purchase account? CG, I'm trying to give you my money. Why won't you take my money?
