Unable to purchase via webstore.

For the last few days now I’ve not been able to make any purchases at all via the webstore (crystals/toon packs/passes) etc. 

I keep being met with this error upon attempt, but I’m not sure how it’s my payment provider being the issue as everything is going through via in game. 

I’ve tried via Apple Pay, inputting my card details (2 different accounts) and am met with the same issue. Also attempted via PayPal and am also met with an error code.
