I am 5 days in with EA Help, and still no help with getting back my old account. They say my account is saved to my Google Play account, but they don't understand that after 7 years of game updates, the game forced me to play a new character tutorial, and it saved a level 2 Mol Eliza to the same GP account. Now when I play, original tablet, same GP account, it loads Mol Eliza instead of my original character.
If anyone has any suggestions, or if a Mod can direct me on how to get my game account back, I would greatly appreciate it. So far EA Help has been... unhelpful.

2 1/2 weeks later, EA Help "advisors" couldn't even understand the issue, and asked the same questions over and over until they closed the ticket saying that they don't know what to do, and to submit a new ticket if I need help. EA: Microtransactions Galore, Support Non-existent. Shameful.
