unable to view any lightspeed bundles in game or on the webstore

i have been planning on buying some of the lightspeed bundles set to release this month, i thought they would release today, may 4th, however i have found out they started on the 1st of may but i did...

i think it's something else. i do not see crystals or the passes either.

i do own the episode pass, im unsure why the webstore tells me im not eligible for it.

Right above the first data card you should have tabs first one is characters so you only see the characters deals the others are currencies and gear and such… that’s where the crystals are
