@ddb2e0cd435b6b3b if you are caught cheating and banned you loose all content associated with that account. If you have not cheated you can do a ban appeal.

The problem is that my younger brother had access to the game on the computer and when I was banned, he admitted that he used cheats several times, I'm still angry at him.. I'm ready to pay for the unban so that you understand that this account is important and valuable to me.
- @ddb2e0cd435b6b3b well your little brother killed your account. LucifersDaddy or Leviathan are both proxy accounts. DM's to them will be delivered to a ticket system of EA.
If your ban will not be lifted you will never hear anything back. And that will be the case here for sure. Because as you said cheating was done. And they will see it in the logs.
They are pretty harsh to cheaters. Even if thousands of dollars have been spended to the game, the ban will not be undone if cheating was detected- Are you saying that LucifersDaddy and Leviathan are still active? Their profile states that they have not visited the forum for about two years. Is it really impossible to make an exception and help me in this unpleasant situation? Personally, I would follow EA's rules and wouldn't just ask for help.
@ddb2e0cd435b6b3b Leviathan is currently the main contact for bans and ban appeals. The profile should be ignored, as said above all DMs are delivered directly to them, they don't need to access the forums.
SanSdtBarbarossa is correct though, any cheating on the account and it's usually gone for good. It's the account that is banned, not the individual player.
i find this quite frustrating to see this because for myself as a genuine player i cant even get back access to my account becasue of a delted gmail account. and i have never cheated in the game. reached out to ea support in game and there just useless they just dont understand, i cant recover the email account through google because there support is just,, well i cant say the word. i reached out to sigsig on discord theres nothing he can do. i cant register on swgoh events on discord because the email for the account thats registered to the game cant be accessed so i dont recive the activation code. the whole system is just crap for genuine people who want there account back or transferd to a new user id/gmail so they can get there progress back. theres just no one willing to help me out. and yes seams like cheaters do get better treatment it seams. 7.3mil gp up the * pan. IF any developers read this post please reach out to me. because at the moment i feel like thanks for playing give me your money - any problems F off,, i dont want to know.
What if you have never used any cheat codes or done anything against the rules and you’ve still been banned? I can’t get a response from anybody yet my account remains banned. What the heck did I even do supposedly?
