Unclaimed Kessel Run Rewards

About a week ago, I attempted to log in to the web store to get my daily Kessel Run Rewards, and I was unable to do so because according to EA no account associated with my email exists. I have been accessing the webstore for the past 2 - 3 years. Please help me regain access.
