Underage restriction
For some reason, I was recognised as an underage account when I entered the game earlier this day.
That mean that I cannot manage the account connections or see the in game chat.

Same. I think there is an Android issue again. :/
Cleared cache files, rebooted phone, re-installed game
Rebooted phone, meaning factory reset?
No. Just restarted phone. It's a general Android issue. We have to wait till they fix this problem. PC works fine.
