Unfair Razor Crest shards discrepancy

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? IPhone SE
OS Version IOS 14.5

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug There is an unfair discrimination between players who rushed through the cancelled Conquest and thus bought Razor Crest shards and the rest of us who did not have time on our hands to do it that fast (some of us are working in the first line as doctors etc) and now we lack those Razor Crest shards. It is not our fault, so EA has to compensate us with the respective number of Razor Crest shards and honestly I am shocked that you didn’t announce anything yet regarding this issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? check the maximum number of Razor Crest shards owned in the game and compensate us with the difference.

Unfortunately, what you described is not a bug, therefore the team at AnswersHQ cannot assist with this issue. The most appropriate place to request this from the Dev team is on the main forums at: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/

@CiprianTorj From the quick math I did, the extra shards won't actually make a difference for 7* Razor Crests.

Everyone will hit 7* after the same Conquest event regardless.

@CiprianTorj I would recommend the General Discussion section.

This site is for bugs, which are defined as situations in which the game code is not functioning as intended. The devs choosing to adjust razor Crest shards is a studio decision, and not a bug. EA support cannot help you either.

Wish I had better news for you, but I doubt you will get free Razor Crest shards from this.

why so pessimistic? and this not for me, this is for the vast majority of the swgoh players who have been discriminated on this occasion.

@CiprianTorj I'm not pessimistic.

If they give you free shards, how will they compensate people who spent the time and effort earning the shards? It's not fair you got them for free! So now everyone who originally had more shards needs a compensation.

When that happens, you will complain that because they had time but you didn't, you deserve equal compensation. And the cycle will continue.

There is no compensation that will be equitable for everyone. Therefore doing nothing is the response I would expect.

The vast majority of players, none of whom except you decided to come here and complain about it.
This is how the game works:
Do event. Get rewards.
Or.
Don't do event. Don't get rewards.
Not sure why you think there should be a new condition for you:
Don't do event. Get rewards anyway.
