Unlink game from Hacked Old FB

Hi EA,

My SWGOH game was previously linked to an OLD Facebook account which got hacked. And I suspect the hacker used that OLD Facebook account to login into my current game. I don't have the credentials/access to my OLD Facebook account anymore. I'm not sure how Facebook would unlink my SWGOH account from the Old FB account which is not in my possession anymore.

Right now my game is linked to my Google Play Store account and also the hacked Old FB account (which the hacker uses to login and mess with it).

Was hoping Support could help unlink the old Facebook account from my SWGOH game account.

There is already a tool to delete Facebook linkages:

I assume the unlink needs to be done manually by Support on the backend since it can be done by players using the tool. Really appreciate the help here, I love the game, have poured money into the game but now a hacker is ruining it. Please let me know how I can provide more info to the Support team.

    Hi @1234576167000, 

    You can remove the Facebook link from inside your SWGOH account. To disconnect:

    1. Log in to the game account.
    2. Open the settings menu and select Disconnect Facebook.

    Hi @EA_Lanna, thanks for your quick reply. Initially it showed Connected (for Facebook) and I disconnected it. Note the Old FB account is no longer in my mobile device, nor do I have access to it or the credentials. After that, the hacker was still able to connect into my SWGOH game again using his hacked Old FB session on his mobile device.

    Is there a way for EA or CG to unlink all Facebook accounts from my SWGOH game account via the backend? That way I may be able to secure access to my game.

    Hi @1234576167000,

    It's great to hear you were able to disconnect that Facebook account from your SWGOH account. A SWGOH account can only have one Facebook account linked up at a time. If you're concerned there might be a Facebook account added since you disconnected the older one, you can check by opening up 'Settings' in the game, selecting 'Connect' and checking the Facebook option. It will read 'Facebook Connect' if there's no Facebook account linked up yet or it will read 'Disconnect Facebook' if there is an account linked up. 

    In terms of the support team removing Facebook links, I'm honestly not sure if they have that ability but if the steps I shared above are giving you trouble and you'd like to connect with our support team, please use the in-game option to generate a help ticket. This thread will help outline how to do this:

    Hi @EA_Lanna thanks for your reply.

    Is it possible for my SWGOH game to be connected to two FB accounts at the same time? Say the game was already connected to the hacked old FB account on the hacker's mobile, then I login to the game on my Google Play Store account and click disconnect FB then connect my unhacked new FB account to the game.

    Would it be possible for the hacker to still connect to my game with the hacked old FB account again (since on his device there is still an active session)?

    I did connect with EA Support using those means described, however they couldn't help as much as you have done so far.
