Unwanted Purchases

It appears my account had been accessed without my permission from a different device and the unauthorized user purchased approximately 12 Old Republic faction packs from the in-game store. My crystal inventory was approximately 17.6k and when I logged on later in was 9k. I'm assuming they bought 12 packs to mess with me. I saw several Old Republic character shards in excess when opening the Shard Shop store. I did not redeem the shard shop currency hoping these transactions can be reversed.
